Meira sings to Arjun's tunes!

Now Meira Kumar, one of the ministers in the Govt says that the quota of SC/ST(Yes, last time it was for OBC) needs to be increased by 3 percentage points as the population of SC/ST has increased since the last time this quota was put into place!

I mean, there are not enough words to express my anguish over such frivolous logic.
A dog on a street would agree that over the years(since this quota system was put into place), the population of not only SC/STs has increased but also of general cateogary(but obvious, I mean).

But guess, some of our ministers have lesser brain than the dog on the street.

So since the population of SC/STs have increased, you increase the quota for them and what about General Cateogary, you reduce the opportunity for them?

Very fair indeed Ms. Kumar!

Now Ms. Meira Kumar what happens a couple of decades down the line(When am sure my children would be begging on street, since you want to implement quota in Corporate sector also), when there is 100% reservation for OBC…

Doc what happens when you speak to somebody after 12 long years?

I dint ask this to doc as of now, but heust be also feeling the same euphoria as I did yesterday!

I spoke to Dr. Prashant Shrivastava(My classmate at school, Tiddi, about whom I have written earlier) after 12 long years yesterday. And boy, we spoke and spoke till wee hours of the morning.

We were not very different in school and even now after all these years, our thoughts remain the same. There was so mmuch to talk and share, but Doc has the OT round today morning, so we decided to call it a day and talk later.

Tiddi did his MBBS from Jabalpur and then his MS(Surgery) and now plans to do his MCh. He is now Asst. Prof of Surgery in Govt. Medical College and am proud of him.
Proud of him for what he has achieved(All of us knew he would do that one day) and most of all, he is still the same sweet guy, I knew 12 years back. It was so heartening to know that.

After our class 12th exam results, we never met, though I went to Jabalpur many times after that, but could not. Would always enquire ab…

Mr. President why dint you flew in Mig instead of Sukhoi?? We are not impressed!!!

Mr. President it was an awesome effort, but we are not impressed....

We would have been impressed if you would have taken this historic sortie in a Mig 29.
There has been hundreds of murder of young pilots in Migs but still no confirmative action or answer from government.

As the Supreme Commander of the armed forces, dont you think that at least you should take special efforts when lives of young men are wasted due to some vested interest.

A young man swears to fight and die for his country, joins the airforce, sacrifices the prime of his youth, and one day gets killed in an aircrash, for which his superiors, his government and his supreme commander has no answers?

And they continue to get killed and still nothing budges, either in the defence ministry or in the government.

You can never wipe the tears of the family members of those killed, but you would have, as a symbolic gesture, would have flown in the Mig, to let them know, that you are, as a supreme commander, not afraid to fly in a…
